Vlad Suglobov, CEO, Member of the Board, Co-Founder
Born in 1977, Vlad Suglobov possesses over 10 years of industry experience. Before co-founding G5 in 2001 and serving for 7 years as CEO of the group, Vlad graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, and worked in a number of Russian and US companies in games and IT industry. Growing with G5, Vlad was active in many essential roles, establishing company’s strategy, client relations, product development and sales. Today, Vlad is concentrating on expanding G5’s business internationally.

Adam Cowburn, Chairman
Adam Cowburn, born 1958, is an IT and game industry veteran. Since moving to Sweden in 1984, Adam has worked within the IT sphere in many different capacities. He has been involved in several start ups of both IT and game development businesses, worked as a consultant supporting industrial simulator purchase and served as HR & managing director for a number of IT / game companies, including Nordic subsidiaries of NASDAQ corporations. Adam possesses an in depth knowledge of mobile, PC and Console game development.

Anders Nilsson, Member of the Board
Anders Nilsson was born in 1973. Entrepreneur, international business development executive and later venture capitalist, Anders has many years of experience in the field, including starting and running a cross-border IT company to an industrial exit. Today Anders’ main focus is financial and legal aspects of international business development, as well as mergers and acquisitions in both private and public companies. |

Alexander Tabunov, COO, Co-Founder
Alexander Tabunov, born in 1974, is an experienced IT manager with background in software engineering. During his 15+ years career Alexander participated in numerous IT and game projects in Russian and US companies, before co-founding G5 in 2001. Alexander is responsible for building G5’s development team on multiple platforms and technologies. Alexander received his MS degree in computer science from Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.

Sergey Shultz, CFO, Co-Founder
Sergey Shultz was born in 1976. Sergey started his career as software engineer and project manager and participated in numerous projects in Russian and US game development and IT companies before co-founding G5 in 2001 and becoming group's CFO. Sergey possesses deep understanding of software development which helps him in his CFO position. He received MS degree in Physics from Moscow State Institute of Engineering and Physics.

Julia Palatovska – Business Development Director, G5 Business Solutions
Julia is responsible for business development of G5’s new B2B solutions and services, including MIDS system. Before joining G5, Julia set up Ukraine and Moscow Chapters of the international Mobile Monday community bringing together key market players and providing information about the mobile market of CIS through media channels worldwide. Julia has 4 year experience of managing PR department at Ukrainian software development company targeting international market. Julia holds Master Degree in Linguistics.

Alisher Yakubov – Product Manager, G5 Business Solutions
Alisher runs MIDS team in G5, ensuring the product is developed on time and in accordance with specifications and customer feedback. Before G5, Alisher was involved on a number of projects management and QA positions in Russian IT companies, and he holds Master Degree in Economics.

Nikita Gerasimov – Development Director, Games
Nikita manages G5’s development resources in Moscow and Kharkiv offices, being responsible for timely allocation of resources, delivery of project milestones, and PnL of development unit in general. Since 1993, when Nikita started in games industry, he held multiple management positions in G5 and other companies. Nikita’s background as a military officer brings extra discipline to our development processes and sometimes extra flavor to our office language. Nikita holds Master Degree in Engineering.

Leyla Aslanova – Technical Director
Leyla is responsible for G5’s technology, including Talisman games engine and MIDS architecture, and she teaches and manages all lead programmers on G5’s projects. Leyla has over 10 years of industry experience in IT and game companies, and holds Master Degree in Computer Science from Moscow State University.

Vladimir Davidovich – Lead Software Architect
Vladimir is responsible for strategic planning of G5’s technology development, key decision making and approving decisions regarding software architecture on all projects, technical audit of third party software, development and implementation of company’s coding standards. Vladimir holds Master Degree in Computer Science from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute.

Mike Zakharov – Executive Producer, Games
Since June 2008 Mike is acting as Executive Producer, overseeing all game projects and ensuring high quality of our service to publishers. Mike started in G5 as level designer several years ago after abandoning his legal career in one of Moscow’s law firms for the reason of being “bored to death” and being unable to escape his passion for games. Since then he feels much better, and has produced a number of great games within G5. Mike holds Master Degree in Law.

Slavick Kokorev – Design Director, Games
Game Designer Director but also songwriter, composer and musician in his free time, Slavick reviews all worthy mobile games coming out on the market, and makes sure our games stand out from the crowd and deliver truly mobile experience. Before joining G5, Slavick spent several years designing games in Russian game companies. Slavick holds Master Degree in Law.

Dmitry Lyust – Senior Producer, Casual Games
Dmitry is one of G5’s most experienced producers now responsible for the development of G5’s own PC casual game franchises and new casual game initiatives which are yet to be announced. Before becoming game producer at G5 several years ago, Dmitry worked as PR manager in G5 and other companies. Dmitry holds Master Degree in Linguistics.

Anastasia Maylous – Art Director, Games
Anastasia is responsible for art direction on G5’s game projects, and setting quality bar for the whole art team. She also establishes and maintains G5’s art production processes and oversees work with contractors. Anastasia holds Master Degree in Fine Arts from Kaliningrad State University.

Alexey Sobolev – QA Director
Alexey leads a team of G5’s quality assurance engineers in Moscow and Kharkiv, and is responsible for QA of G5 products, including compliance with platform, publisher, and operator standards. Before joining G5, Alexey was involved in QA of large PC games within Russia’s leading PC game development companies.

Andrey Tsarapaev – Lead Level Designer
Andrey is responsible for level design on all G5’s games. He manages and educates level designers in Moscow and Kharkiv offices and works to make sure our level designers realize full potential of G5’s Talisman technology to create unique game play experience for every game we develop.

Sergei Serdechniy – Manager, Kharkiv Office
Sergei runs G5’s growing Kharkiv office and is responsible for general administration and coordination with Moscow team. Sergei holds degree in Accounting.

Vadim Kumerov – CEO, Shape Games Inc
Vadim runs Shape Games Inc, which is a part of G5 Entertainment group since July 2008. Vadim is visionary of the PC casual games market, and is the brain behind Shape’s casual hits like Stand O’Food and Mahjong Artifacts. Vadim holds Master degree in Computer Science and his background includes project management and game designer positions in Russia’s leading game development studios.
