Fixed - I'm getting an error saying I'm not connected to the Internet when I try to get the G5 Friends menu or when I try to make a purchase at the Microsoft Store - This was a temporary issue that has been isolated and fixed. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and launch the game. You will need to restart the app to ensure optimal performance.If the issue persists, please get back to us at support@g5e.com and specify the error message you receive, as well as where it appears.

Fixed - I haven't received my in-game purchase made at the Microsoft Store - Microsoft Store has resolved the issue you recently experienced with in-app purchases. Now you should be able to make in-game purchases, and they should be delivered to your game correctly. If you find that the problem persists, please contact the Microsoft Store Support Team directly.

Fixed - My game progress was lost after updating the game to the latest 1.32.3200 version - Our Technical Team has fixed this problem in the newest 1.32.3204 update. To restore your game progress manually, contact our Support Team at support@g5e.com and provide your G5 Friends Login and IDFA number. After that, please don't launch the game until our support specialists notify you.
